INGREDIENTS
1 head cauliflower, cut into florets, steamed for five minutes
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan
Salt and pepper to taste
PREPARATION
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Put the cauliflower into a casserole dish.
- Cover with breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.
- Bake until breadcrumbs are browned and cheese is melted, about 20 minutes.
Serves 2–3. Prep time, 10 minutes; cook time, 20 minutes.
Cook’s note: Served with soup or salad, this makes a great meal! It also makes a delicious side.
